Our esteemed clients are entitled to a complimentary three-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering exclusively manufacturing defects. Please note, this warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or any form of accidental damage.

Return Procedure

Should you wish to initiate a return, we kindly request that you contact our Customer Support team at support@iceiano.com. Our team will guide you through the return process with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Important Considerations

• Custom-made products and made-to-order items are ineligible for return. Additionally, for reasons of hygiene, products such as earrings and grills are considered final sale.
• Returns must be requested within 20 days from the dispatch date. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
• A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
• Currently, we do not offer return labels. Should you receive an incorrect item or encounter an error with your purchase, we will cover the shipping cost, subject to confirmation through support correspondence.
• It is imperative that you provide a tracking number and proof of parcel weight upon returning an item; failure to do so may result in the nullification of your return.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for acceptance.
