  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • Custom and Engraved Items: Please note that custom-made and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange, as they have been personalized to your specifications.
  • Sale Items: Sale items may be subject to different return or exchange policies.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at support@iceiano.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any documents or accessories that were included with your purchase. Be sure to include the RAN provided by our customer service team.

  3. Ship Your Item: Return the package using a traceable shipping method. We recommend insuring your shipment as Iceiano cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 5-10 days for the refund to be processed.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping expenses.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
